To register an app you need a developer account. A developer account is a regular Triple Whale user: if you already sign in to app.triplewhale.com, the same email and password work on the Developer Portal.
Signing Up
- Go to developers.triplewhale.com/signup.
- Enter your First Name, Last Name, and Email. Use a business email.
- Choose a Password of at least 8 characters and confirm it, or pick Continue with Google.
- Review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy linked under the form, then create the account.
You land on Your apps, which is empty until you submit your first app.
Invited to an Existing App?Open the link in the invitation email instead of signing up from scratch. The portal fills in the invited email address and returns you to the invitation after the account exists. See Managing App Members.
Signing In
- Go to developers.triplewhale.com/login.
- Enter your email and password and click Log in, or use Continue with Google.
If the credentials are wrong, the page shows Incorrect email or password, please try again.
The portal remembers you between visits in the same browser. Signing in from a link inside the portal, such as an invitation, returns you to that page afterward.
Resetting Your Password
- On the sign-in page, enter your email address.
- Click Forgot password.
- Follow the link in the email. The page confirms with Reset password email sent to: <your email>.
Environments
Production and staging do not share accounts, apps, or credentials. See Introduction to the Developer Portal.
Best Practices
- Use a shared mailbox only if someone monitors it. Review decisions and member invitations are emailed to the account address.
- One person submits the app. Add everyone else as a member instead of registering a second copy. See Managing App Members.
