The Activity tab lists every review decision and membership change on the app, newest first. It is kept from the moment the app was submitted, and every role on the app can see it.
What Is Recorded
| Entry | When |
|---|---|
| Submitted for review | The app was submitted, or a scope change request was submitted (marked Change request). |
| Approved | Triple Whale approved the app or a change request. For a scope change, the entry shows the before/after diff of the scopes. |
| Rejected | Triple Whale declined the app or a change request, with the reviewer's note when one was given. |
| Member invited | An invite was sent. The entry shows the email and role. |
| Invite revoked | An invite was revoked before it was accepted. |
| Member joined | An invitee accepted. |
| Member added | Triple Whale staff added a person directly. |
| Member removed | A member was removed. |
| Role changed | A member's role changed, shown as Admin → Member or the reverse. |
| Member left | A member or admin left the app. |
| Ownership transferred | Ownership moved to another person. |
Each entry shows who performed the action, the affected person's email where that applies, a timestamp in your local time, and any note or diff attached to it.
